Around this time last year, I went to Starbucks and I heard a beautiful rendition of "Winter Wonderland" by Goldfrapp. Most interpretations of Christmas music are either bland or simply stupid. This one, with its crystal sounds, echoes and whistling, and the sultry vocals of Allison Goldfrapp, make this rendition unique. I would even say that it sounds a bit eeire. I'm sure Edward Scissorhands loves it.It's Christmas time again, and I must admit that I can't stop listening to it. (The same happened last year.)
I feel like a ten-year-old.
